Warm French and Polish Interest in the software we prepared for Areva T&D Energy Industry company!

Upon the success and performance insured by software providing a higher efficiency and optimization in the designing and production process of the company when compared to the past, the branches of the firm established in Poland and France showed great interest in our software.

During the negotiations made, an agreement was reached on the preparation of similar software for the factory in Poland as well. Middle Power Distribution Transformators Calculation Programme, which is one of the programmes prepared to work on Windows for Areva T&D, insures that the pre-dressing instructions and multi paged dressing instructions are prepared by calculating the electrical and mechanical dimensions of middle power greast transformators.  

Dressing instructions prepared by partial computer programmes or partial manual calculations can be prepared in such a way that they can be directly sent to manufacturing by being prepared in a holistic way. The programme can make nucleus calculations, heating calculations, dressing calculation, UK calculation, boiler loss, Degree and Force calculation modules and all the necessary technical calculations.

The previous overload programme we had prepared for Areva T&D was much liked too. This programme, again operating Windows based, develops three alternative solutions enabling the calculation of overload information belonging to the transformator in line with IEC 60076-7 and IEC 905 norms in order to be able to respond to customer demands for greasy and dry type transformators:

•    In the 1st solution, the hot-spot temperature and consumption of life, which are dependent upon specific customer demands, are shown in a graphic after being calculated according to time and loading conditions. 

•    In the 2nd solution, loading conditions are suggested depending on overloading based on customer demand or depending on the intial load in such a way that the consumption of life will be “1” year.

 
•    In the 3rd solution, if the customer has no special demands, then a graphical presentation is done by making calculations based on Standard suggestions and loading conditions.
